Products: The warranty on the products (computers and computer parts) is for a period of two years. The agent’s warranty on workmanship defects, whereby the consumer must consult the agent or supplier directly to obtain warranty and maintenance services in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Accessories : They are not covered by the warranty, but rather it is an “operational guarantee” that is, upon receiving the product, the customer makes sure that the product works correctly for 72 hours.

According to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce, all parts in the warranty are subject to the “consumable value” policy.
The guarantor is the agent and not the Excite Store.
